Once you've gone to Brussels, you never want to go back...<br /><br />Second on Rodenbach Grand Cru, and I'd add kindred Duchesse de Bourgogne and Liefmanns. Other classics to put on the list include Duvel, the Trappists (my personal fave is Orval), the lambic family--maybe start with <i>fruit</i> lambic--Delirium Tremens, and De La Senne's Taras Boulba. There are tons more, but apparently these are the ones that sprang to the top of my mind.
