There were some fantastic cider...I agree with Jeff. There were some fantastic ciders there this year that varied in styles from sour to wine-like to spicy. That could be because the Fest did a better job of selecting cidermakers, but I don't think so. We're in an early phase where non-professionals are turning pro. Like brewers, they share information and collaborate, and the overall craft cider segment is making giant strides.
